Ronggang Xu has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. 荣刚 began their career in 2005 at Hampoo Science & Technology CO. LTD as a PCB Design Engineer. 荣刚 then joined Hangzhou Chuli Information Technology Co., Ltd in 2006 as a PCB Design Engineer before transitioning to the role of Project Manager in 2007. In this role, they managed power supply device development and also designed hardware and logic code for Video over optical devices. In 2010, they joined Huawei as a Logic Design Engineer, where they designed the Profibus main FSM on Xinlix FPGA, including writing code and performing unit tests. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Researcher at Huawei, before joining CNEX Labs in 2014 as a Senior Hardware Engineer.
From 2001 to 2005, Ronggang Xu attended Beijing Institute of Machinery where they obtained a bachelor's degree in Electronic Information Engineering.
