Roxanne is a board member on the company’s Board of Directors. Prior to her board position, Roxanne served as CNF’s CEO for five years, from January 2016 to December 2021. Under her servant leadership, CNF established a cybersecurity scholarship and internship program with the University of Texas at San Antonio and the National Security Collaboration Center. Roxanne led educational partnerships with Northside Independent School District enabling students to attend cyber camps, shadow programs, and participate in CyberPatriots. She’s been featured as a guest speaker at universities and high schools and is a member of a curriculum co-design team for Compass Rose Academy. A former public-school educator, Roxanne is an avid proponent of inspiring women to not only pursue careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics fields, but to strive for leadership in STEM. Beyond educational endeavors, Roxanne has also established CNF’s Light the Night Team to support the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and CNF’s Food & Fund Drive supporting the San Antonio Food Bank during the holiday season.
In 2017, San Antonio Business Journal recognized her as one of the city’s top CEOs. In 2019, CNF made the list of the city’s Largest San Antonio Women-Owned Business. These awards may be indicative of great success to some, but Roxanne’s proudest achievements remain her community projects.
