Alan Pieper

Alan Pieper serves as the Chief Operating Officer at CNFA since March 2013, overseeing key departments including Accounting, Communications, Contracts, Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology. Previously, Alan held the position of Executive Vice President at CNFA, focusing on financial management, operations, and compliance within the organization. Prior to their roles at CNFA, Alan worked as Chief of Party for various projects, including the Public Private Partnership Development Program in Ukraine with FHI360 and the Palestinian Agribusiness Partnership Activities project with CARANA Corporation. Additional experience includes consulting roles at Booz Allen Hamilton and ACDI/VOCA, where Alan contributed to significant agricultural policy reviews and assessments. Alan's early career at Deloitte involved the creation and privatization of the American Bank of Kosovo.
