Protogene MUGISHA

Protogene Mugisha is currently the MEL Director for the USDA Food for Progress Rwanda Haranira Ubuziranenge Project. With extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation, learning, and research across various development programs, they focus on areas such as resilient livelihoods, women's rights, health, education, and media. Prior roles include serving as a Program Quality Coordinator at ActionAid and an M&E Advisor at VSO, where they led evidence generation and capacity building. Protogene holds a Master of Arts in Development Studies from Mount Kenya University and is pursuing a Master of Science in Data Science at UCAM Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia.
