Théodore LOMPO has a diverse and extensive work experience in security roles. Théodore began their career as a Security Officer in the Gendarmerie Nationale in 1999 and went on to work as a Close Protection Officer in the Prime Ministry. Théodore then served as an Assistant Administration Officer in the Gendarmerie Nationale before joining the Minister of Homeland Security as the Deputy Head of Security. Théodore later became Deputy Platoon Commander and Deputy Platoon Commander/Armed and Motorized Support in the Gendarmerie Nationale. Théodore also worked as an Instructor in Shooting, VIP Protection, Anti-organized crime, and Counter-terrorism. Théodore then transitioned to the Gendarmerie Nationale/ Burkina as a Platoon Commander specializing in VIP Protection. Théodore joined IAMGOLD Corporation in 2010, where they held various roles such as Senior Security Supervisor, Regional Security Analyst, Regional Security Coordinator, and Regional Security Superintendent. Currently, Théodore is working as an Associate Director for Global Security at Cultivating New Frontiers in Agriculture (CNFA).

From 2021 to 2023, Théodore LOMPO attended Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, where they pursued a Master's degree in Conflict, Peace & Security.
In 2014, Théodore LOMPO enrolled in the International Security Management Institute, where they completed a Certified Security Management Professional Diploma in Security Management. Théodore completed this program in 2015.
In the same year, 2015, Théodore LOMPO obtained a Certificate of Achievement in Basic and Advanced Security in the Field from the United Nations Department of Safety and Security.
In 2009, Théodore LOMPO received a Certificate from the NAVAL SPECIAL WARFARE Seal Team Two in Basic Advanced Marksmanship, CQC, and Counter Vehicle Ambush. This focused on the field of Terrorism and Counterterrorism Operations.
Similarly, in 2009, Théodore LOMPO obtained a Diploma in Criminal Investigations from the Gendarmerie Graduates Training Academy. The program covered Homeland Security, Law Enforcement, and Related Protective Services.
Théodore LOMPO earned a Certificate in Military Force Protection Familiarization Event from the US Special Operations Command Europe (SOCEUR) and the Office of Special Investigations in 2008. The certificate program emphasized Terrorism and Counterterrorism Operations and Intelligence.
In 2004, Théodore LOMPO received a Certificate in VIP Protection from the Service of Protection of Eminent Persons/International Technical Co-operation Police Service in France. The certificate program focused on VIP Protection, Protective Driving, and Intelligence.
