Oder de Paula is an accomplished industrial director with nearly 30 years of experience in leadership roles in Brazil and the United States. They are currently the Senior Industrial Director at CNH Industrial, overseeing the Contagem-MG plant and focusing on operational excellence and process optimization. Throughout their extensive career at CNH, they have held various key positions and led significant initiatives in manufacturing, engineering, and quality, including being the first non-American to manage the Wichita, Kansas plant. Oder holds a degree in Industrial Mechanical Engineering and actively contributes to the industry as a speaker and technical advisor while championing the development of high-performance teams.
