Stephen H. Mauldin

Stephen Mauldin is the Group President of Real Estate Fund Management at CNL Financial Group. Stephen also serves as Co-CEO at Burroughs & Chapin Company, Inc. Prior to these roles, Stephen held various executive positions at CNL Lifestyle Properties, CNL Healthcare Properties, CNL Growth Properties, and other companies in the real estate and finance industry. Mauldin holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Tampa.
