Alexandra Gilwit

Alexandra Gilwit is an Emmy-nominated filmmaker, editor, cinematographer, producer, animator, and colorist. With extensive freelance experience, they have contributed to a variety of projects, including editing the TV series “Impractical Jokers” and the Netflix original series “Twenty Something’s.” Currently, Alexandra works as a video producer for CNN, where they research, pitch, produce, shoot, and edit video features. They have also held roles at Viacom, HardPin, and Dakoit Pictures, showcasing their ability to handle video production across various formats and platforms. Alexandra holds a Master's degree in Media Studies from The New School and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Florida.
