Ashley Killough

Ashley Killough is a Senior Producer at CNN, specializing in national news coverage across Texas and beyond while collaborating with Senior National Correspondent Ed Lavandera. They previously served as a Congressional producer focused on the U.S. House of Representatives and covered Republican candidates during the 2016 presidential race as an embedded producer. Since joining CNN in 2011, Ashley has held various roles, including writing, editing, and producing for domestic news. They hold a Master's degree in Broadcast Journalism from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree from Baylor University, where they double-majored in Journalism and International Studies. Additionally, Ashley completed a Fulbright grant in Armenia working on journalistic projects and is currently exploring every national park in the U.S.
