Bert Smith is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in senior design roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Designer at CNN since August 2013, Bert conceptualizes and manages 360º campaigns and branded experiences, including the 2024 CNN Presidential Debate. Previously, Bert operated as a freelance Art Director, Designer, and Project Manager at Smithbert from April 2009 to March 2019, working with notable clients such as The Home Depot and The Coca-Cola Company. Previous roles include Senior Designer at ASD | SKY and Big Red Rooster, where responsibilities included developing branded environments and implementing retail marketing strategies.
