Carmen Conte Widman

Carmen Conte Widman is an experienced media professional with a robust background in news production and editorial roles. Currently serving as Supervising Producer for "Erin Burnett OutFront" at CNN since September 2016, Carmen has also held positions as Senior Editorial Producer for "CNN THIS MORNING," Editorial Producer for "New Day," and contributed to the launch of "On The Story with Erica Hill." Prior experience includes producing at Fox News Channel, where responsibilities encompassed segment production and live coverage for significant events, as well as serving as Senior Vice President of Media Relations at Marathon Strategies LLC. Carmen's extensive career includes over 15 years as a Booking Producer at MSNBC, collaborating with renowned journalists and managing guest placements for major national events. Earlier roles include Associate Producer at WNBC and Producer at News 12 Networks, as well as freelance work for ABC News. Carmen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Iona University.
