Chip Eberhart is a seasoned IT and broadcast engineer with extensive experience in supporting and managing complex systems across various media organizations. Currently serving as a System Engineer II at CNN since May 2015, Chip specializes in Tier 3 support for newsgathering and playback systems. Previously, Chip held roles at Fox Sports Net, overseeing engineering operations for live sports broadcasts, and at Azzurro Group, implementing integrated media solutions for Turner Studios. With a solid foundation at Georgia Public Broadcasting, Chip managed IT systems and led digital broadcast conversion projects, while earlier experience at the Metro Atlanta YMCA included IT support and membership management. Chip holds a BS in Computer Science from Morris Brown College, obtained in 1990.
