Cullen Murphy

Cullen Murphy currently serves as the CNN Program and Content Strategy Coordinator since June 2025. Prior to this role, Cullen worked at HBO as a Content Planning and Scheduling Coordinator from August 2023 to May 2025, overseeing scheduling for multiple channels and managing a vast catalog of HBO series. Additionally, Cullen held a position as an On-Air Promotional Planner at HBO, where the focus was on promotion strategies for linear channel content. Experience includes contributions as a Production Assistant and Actress for the online series "The Uncertain Detective," which premiered at the Seattle International Film Festival in 2024. Previous roles at Warner Bros. Discovery, Aristeia Capital, and McNeil, Gray & Rice provided foundational skills in content strategy, marketing, and public relations. Cullen holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in Dramatic Arts from the University of Connecticut.
