Edson Soares

Edson Soares is a multidisciplinary Product and Service Designer with over a decade of experience in designing and scaling enterprise platforms. They have led CRM and Quote-to-Cash transformations at IBM, enhancing seller productivity and driving system integration. As the founder and principal designer of FeelScience, Edson guides startups and enterprises in overcoming growth challenges through human-centered design. Previously, Edson's expertise contributed to significant improvements in user engagement at Lua and a notable increase in adoption rates for new systems at IBM. They hold a Master's Degree in Interactive Telecommunications from New York University and have a background shaped by their Brazilian roots.
