Edward Meagher

Edward Meagher has extensive experience in the broadcasting field, currently serving as Vice President of Dayside Programming at CNN since October 2007, where responsibilities include the supervision and production of programming. Previously held positions include Director of Programming and Weekend Programming Manager at CNN, as well as Senior Supervising Producer and Producer II for "The Lead with Jake Tapper." Edward also produced "Newsroom International," and contributed to "CNN Newsroom." Prior to CNN, Edward worked as a Producer at WFUV, producing interviews for public radio. Edward holds a BA in English from McGill University and an MA in Communications from Fordham University.
