Izzy Povich

Izzy Povich is a seasoned television executive with extensive experience in programming and production. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Programming at CNN since March 2017, Povich has held prominent roles including Executive Producer of CNN Tonight and Cuomo Prime Time. Prior to joining CNN, Povich accumulated significant expertise at MSNBC, where roles included Vice President of Talent and Development and Senior Executive Producer of The Last Word with Lawrence O'Donnell. Povich's career began at CBS Corporation and Paramount Pictures, with early roles reflecting a strong foundation in production, including work on The Maury Povich Show. Povich holds a Bachelor's degree from Cornell University.
