Prior experience includes Supervising Producer at Insider, Inc., overseeing video production for multiple formats, and Director of Content Development at Refinery29, Inc., where major series such as Money Diaries were created. Before these roles, Jess contributed to Opening Ceremony and worked as a freelancer for New York Magazine, building a solid foundation in journalism with a Bachelor of Science degree from Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University.
