John Sinnott

John Sinnott is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in broadcasting and journalism. Since May 2012, John has served as a Supervising Producer at CNN, leading a team in the production of news content for the network's digital platform. Simultaneously, John has worked at the BBC since January 2001, holding dual roles as a Senior Broadcast Journalist for both TV Sport News and BBC Sport Interactive, where responsibilities include scripting, editing, and managing the news desk for the BBC Sport website. Prior to these roles, John was News Editor for BBC Match of the Day Magazine from 1996 to 2001. Educationally, John holds a BA (Hons) in Medieval & Modern History from University College London and an MA in Journalism Studies from the University of Westminster.
