Kayla Smith

Kayla Smith is an experienced producer currently working at CNN as a Producer for International Features since September 2022. Prior to this role, Kayla served as a Digital Producer at ITN Productions from January 2022 to September 2022 and worked as an International Alumni Ambassador at the University of Groningen from March 2021 to September 2022. Earlier experience includes a position as a Producer Presenter at the Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation Official from November 2020 to March 2021. Kayla's educational background includes a Master's degree in Television Journalism from City St George’s, University of London, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Groningen, and a BA in Media Studies and Journalism from the same institution. High school education was completed at Chisipite Senior School with a focus on Humanities/Humanistic Studies.
