Larry Chevres is an experienced technology leader with a diverse background in software engineering and technology management. Currently serving as Vice President of Software Engineering at CNN since April 2019, Larry previously held positions as Chief Technology Officer at New York Media from November 2011 to April 2019 and Vice President of Engineering at Ziff Davis from August 2007 to December 2011, where responsibilities included leading the Internet Group. Additional experience includes serving as Systems Architect and Lead Developer at Kryptonyx LLC and Chief Architect at Xtivia Inc., where Larry managed large teams and drove significant company growth. Larry began a career at Prudential Securities, Inc. as an Assistant Vice President after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University.
