Lawrence Noble

Lawrence Noble is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in campaign finance law and election reform advocacy. Currently, Noble serves as an Adjunct Professor at American University Washington College of Law and has been a Contributor at CNN since 2017. Noble previously held key positions such as General Counsel for the Campaign Legal Center, and Executive Director and General Counsel at the Center for Responsive Politics. Noble was also the President and CEO of Americans for Campaign Reform, promoting small donor public funding of elections. Educationally, Noble holds a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from Syracuse University.
