Leah Abucayan

Leah Abucayan is a skilled designer with extensive experience in visual arts and platform strategy, currently working at CNN since June 2016. In this role, Leah creates graphic requests for various media, including branded pages, podcasts, and daily news stories. Previously, Leah served as a Mobile Production Designer for CNN Digital, collaborating with editorial teams to enhance the user experience of the CNN app. Other notable positions include Scriptist at Punkpost, where Leah specialized in handlettering for snail mail, and Environmental and Print Collateral Graphic Designer at Walt Disney Imagineering, creating designs for Disney parks and resorts. Additional experience includes roles in production management and customer service at Coastal Couriers Inc and Whole Foods Market, respectively. Leah earned a degree from the Academy of Art University between 2009 and 2015.
