Mason Winterhalter

Mason Winterhalter is an experienced media professional with a comprehensive background in video content production and editing, currently serving as an Editor/Producer at CNN since September 2005. At CNN, Mason has planned, produced, and edited original video content for the CNN.com platform and its International Edition, reaching approximately 300,000 global visitors annually. Previous roles include Network Editor, where editorial judgment was applied to digital content for CNN, HLN, and CNNI, and Media Coordinator, responsible for managing digital files and ensuring quality control. Prior to CNN, Mason worked as an Editor at Daybreak TV Productions, a Freelance Videographer at Cablevision, and held various roles in creative services and management. Mason earned a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcasting from Buffalo State University in 1998.
