Matt Egan

Matt Egan is a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in financial and business reporting. Currently serving as a Reporter at CNN since August 2021, Egan previously held various roles at CNN BUSINESS, including Lead Writer, Senior Writer, and Staff Writer from April 2014 to August 2021. Prior to that, Egan worked as a Senior Reporter at Fox Business Network from September 2007 to April 2014 and began a career at The Times of Trenton as a Reporter in 2007. Egan holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from The College of New Jersey and graduated with a High School Diploma from Saint Joseph High School in Metuchen, NJ.
