Stephen Mays

Stephen Mays is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in programming and distribution roles at CNN since October 2019, where responsibilities have included serving as Senior Producer, Producer, and Associate Producer. Prior to this, Stephen worked at U.S. News & World Report from May 2016 to October 2019 in various capacities, including Audience Development Specialist and Multimedia Editor. Additional experience includes a position as Digital Producer/Night Editor at The Telegraph and leadership roles at The Red & Black Publishing Co., where Stephen served as Editor in Chief of the newspaper and Executive Editor of the magazine. Stephen has also contributed as a writer for USA TODAY College. Mays holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and a Bachelor's Degree in English from The University of Georgia, along with a Certificate in Digital Marketing for New Media Professionals from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business. Currently, Mays is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business.
