Susan Jackson

Susan Jackson has extensive experience in MarTech strategy and product management, with a career that began as a Digital Producer at RAIN from 2011 to 2014. Over the years, they held various roles, including Senior Account Manager at OpenSky and Marketing CRM Analyst at Subaru of America. Having served as the Senior Manager of Marketing Technology Architecture at Comcast, they are currently the Director of Product Management, MarTech at CNN since 2025. Susan earned a B.S. in Business Management from RPI Lally School of Management and furthered their education with studies in Web Design and Development and Integrated Marketing.
