Teya Ryan

Teya Ryan has extensive experience in the broadcasting industry, having served as the President and CEO of Georgia Public Broadcasting from 2010 to 2023, leading one of the largest PBS systems in the United States. Prior to this role, Teya held various senior positions at CNN, including Executive Vice President for CNN Domestic Networks, where responsibilities included programming development and oversight during significant news events. Teya also managed operations for CNN Headline News and CNNfn, as well as held earlier roles as a producer and reporter in both television and print media. Teya's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of California, Santa Cruz, supplemented by studies at the New School for Social Research and the University of California, Berkeley.
