Todd Baxter

Todd Baxter has an extensive career at CNN, spanning over three decades since August 1987, where roles have included Senior Director of International Newsgathering Video Production and various positions in video production and editing. Todd has traveled to over 85 countries, gaining experience in high-pressure environments and collaborating on significant stories, including the aftermath of September 11th in Bahrain and Pakistan and the hijacking of an Indian airliner in Afghanistan. In addition to on-the-ground reporting, Todd has contributed to training initiatives in Indonesia and Malaysia, guiding aspiring cameramen, video editors, and producers in advanced production techniques. Prior experience includes a role at WTIU-TV and an internship at Continental Cablevision, with academic credentials from Indiana University Bloomington in Telecommunications and Theatre.
