Wei Wei is an experienced Plant Engineer at CNOOC & Shell since August 2003, responsible for the safety and reliability of Low Olefine Plant operations and staff training. Wei's career includes a role as shift supervisor and plant coordinator, contributing to the initial startup of the plant and managing operations for Butadiene Extraction, PHT, and Benzene Extraction units. Prior to this, Wei worked as a Chief Process Operator at Maoming Ethylene Plant from July 1995 to July 2003, starting as an operator and advancing to shift supervisor. Wei holds a degree from Tian Jin University, graduating in 1995.
