Lisha Bell

Lisha Bell serves as the Head of Economic Opportunity Fund at PayPal, overseeing 19 Emerging Fund Managers within the $100 million initiative focused on enhancing financial accessibility. With significant experience in product management, Lisha has worked on consumer financial services aimed at the underserved and on wallets and commerce at Venmo. As a co-founder of BLXVC, Lisha invests in Black and Latinx women entrepreneurs addressing societal issues. Additional roles include angel investor at CNote and Enelalma, and deal flow lead at Pipeline Angels, advocating for women and non-binary femme social entrepreneurs. Lisha's prior experience includes key positions at Wells Fargo, Kohl's, and Feedzai, alongside coaching in the Black Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Program. Lisha holds multiple MBA degrees and certifications, highlighting a commitment to leadership and social impact.
