Andreas Kaiser is a Research Advisor at the Conference of Deans of French Schools of Engineering (CDEFI) since July 2020 and has served as Directeur de Recherche at CNRS since October 2003, primarily at the Institut of Electronics, Microelectronics and Nanotechnologies (IEMN, UMR 8520). From September 2017 to July 2023, Andreas Kaiser held the position of Scientific Director at JUNIA and previously served as Dean and Associate Dean for Graduate Education at ISEN Lille from September 1999 to August 2017. Between 2003 and 2012, Andreas Kaiser led the ST-IEMN joint lab. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Electronics Engineering from ISEN Lille, a PhD in Microelectronics and an Habilitation à diriger des recherches (HDR) from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology, as well as undergraduate studies in Electrical Engineering at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences. Early education was completed at Fox Chapel High School in Pittsburgh.
