Benoît Pinson is currently the Directeur Service Analyses Métaboliques at TBMCore and a Researcher at IBGC CNRS, positions held since 2019 and 2014 respectively. Previously, they were a Researcher with CNRS from 2000 to 2014 and a Postdoc at the University of Oslo from 1998 to 2000, where they focused on transcription regulation in *Saccharomyces cerevisiae*. Benoît earned their PhD in Biologie-Santé from Université de Bordeaux and completed an Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches in 2003 at the same institution. They also hold a DEA in biologie Santé, Biochimie from Université de Bordeaux and a certification in radioprotection.
