Claude Grison currently serves as a Professeure invitée at the Collège de France since March 2025, focusing on the chair Avenir Commun Durable. Grison is a member of the Académie des Sciences and the European Academy of Sciences, along with being a member of the Académie Nationale de Pharmacie. Since September 2017, Grison has held the position of Directrice de recherche at CNRS, leading the Laboratoire de chimie bio-inspirée et Innovations écologiques.
