Emma Forest is a PhD student at CNRS - Centre national de la recherche scientifique since October 2022, focusing on antibiotics enhancers and small active molecules as potential treatments for pulmonary bacteria in Cystic Fibrosis patients. Previously, Emma served as an intern at Max Planck Institute for Infection Biology, studying host-pathogen interactions related to S. aureus pathogenicity in Drosophila melanogaster. Emma's experience also includes a position as a stagiaire at Institut Curie, where the study involved protein-protein interactions, and an internship at IBMM peptide. Emma holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Chemistry from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Montpellier and a Master in Biology/Biological Sciences from Université de Montpellier.
