Eric Larose has extensive experience in scientific research and film production. Currently serving as Directeur de recherche, Chargé de recherche, and Research Scientist at CNRS - Centre national de la recherche scientifique since 2006, Eric Larose also works as a Réalisateur de films for auto production since January 2015. In addition, Eric Larose is the Président fondateur of the association Montagnes et Sciences, which organizes the Montagnes et Sciences festival, aimed at promoting scientific adventure films and enhancing awareness of environmental and mountain-related issues. Eric Larose completed post-doctoral research at the University of Illinois in 2006 and holds a degree from Ecole normale supérieure in Physics from 1998 to 2002.
