Frédéric Bimbot is a Senior Researcher at CNRS and has held the position of Directeur de Recherche since 1990. They currently serve as the Chief Editor for Speech Communication at Elsevier and previously led the "Signaux & Images Numériques, Robotique" department at IRISA from 2010 to 2018. Additionally, Frédéric acted as the Scientific Leader for the METISS team at IRISA from 2001 to 2012.
