Mathieu Beraneck

Research Director & Team Leader

Mathieu Beraneck currently serves as a Research Director and Team Leader at CNRS since October 2009, where responsibilities include the construction and execution of research projects along with dissemination of results. Additionally, Mathieu has been a Scientific Researcher and Managing Director at Université de Paris since 2013, leading the animal welfare structure within the UFR des sciences fondamentales et biomédicales since 2021, and holds a position on the CEEA-34 committee. Previous roles include researcher at the Centre National d'Études Spatiales, where research focused on spatial physiology, and additional research positions at CNRS and McGill University. Mathieu's academic background includes a PhD in Neuroscience from Sorbonne University and an HDR from Université Paris Cité, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Biology.
