Nicolas Giuseppone

Nicolas Giuseppone is a distinguished chemist and researcher who completed studies at Université Paris-Saclay, earning a PhD in Organic Chemistry. They worked on asymmetric catalysis under Professor H. B. Kagan and pursued postdoctoral research in total synthesis with Professor K. C. Nicolaou at the Scripps Research Institute. Currently, as a CNRS team leader and a professor at the Université de Strasbourg, they conduct internationally recognized research in supramolecular chemistry and molecular machines. Their contributions have been honored with several prestigious awards, including the Guy Ourisson Prize and the silver medal from CNRS.
