Pascal Fender is a Directeur de recherche at CNRS since 2015 and currently serves as a scientific advisor at SILAB and an expert at Lyonbiopôle. They have been actively involved with the Host Pathogen Interaction Club since 2020. Pascal earned a Licence and Master in Microbiology from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III and a DEA in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Université Grenoble Alpes. They completed their PhD thesis in Molecular Biology at Université Grenoble Alpes, enhancing their expertise in the field.
