Patrick Martin is a Professor of Chemistry at Université d'Artois and serves as the Director of the Artois site for the Unité Transformations & Agroressources, ULR7519. They have been a member of the Scientific Council of the CNRS Chemistry since 2023 and co-lead several thematic groups within the Société Française du Génie des Procédés. Previously, Patrick held the position of Department Head at IUT Béthune and served as Director of IUT at Université Artois. Their academic career also includes a role as Chargé de Mission R&D at IUT Béthune since 2013.
