Romain Libbrecht is a CNRS researcher specializing in the evolution and functioning of insect societies. Romain served as an assistant professor at JGU from 2016 to 2022 and held postdoctoral researcher positions at The Rockefeller University and the Université de Lausanne. Romain completed a Master's degree in Biological Sciences at Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Agronomie de Rennes from 2003 to 2007 and earned a Doctorate in the same field at the Université de Lausanne from 2007 to 2012.
