Shubham Semwal is currently a Doctoral Student at CNRS, focusing on a PhD in Protein Biochemistry and Glycobiology, specifically researching the interaction of IgM with various paucimanosylated proteins since March 2020. Prior to this, Shubham completed a Research Internship at UGSF, CNRS, gaining experience in protein sample production and preparation for Cryo-EM while working on a dissertation. In the summer of 2018, Shubham undertook an internship at the Forest Research Institute in Dehradun, concentrating on the characterization of novel bacterial and fungal antagonists against wilt disease in Dalbergia sissoo. Academic qualifications include a dual degree in Biotechnology (B.Tech and M.Tech) from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology and ongoing PhD studies in Structural Biology at both Ghent University and the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
