Simon Chatelin, born in October 1984 in Orléans, France, holds an engineer degree in Biophysics from Telecom Physics Strasbourg and a Ph.D. in Biomechanics from the University of Strasbourg. Simon completed two postdoctoral fellowships, focusing on Magnetic Resonance Elastography and ultrasound shear wave elastography. Since 2016, Simon has been a scientific researcher at the CNRS, developing biomechanical quantitative approaches in elastography for computer-assisted surgery. Additionally, Simon lectures at Telecom Physique Strasbourg on the subject of biorheology.
