Sofia Kossida

Sofia Kossida is a seasoned academic and researcher with extensive experience in bioinformatics. Currently, Sofia serves as a Professor at Université de Montpellier 2 and as the Director of IMGT at CNRS - Centre national de la recherche scientifique, both positions held since 2014. Additionally, Sofia is an Investigator C and Assistant Professor at the Academy of Athens since 2004. Previous roles include Lab Head at Novartis from 2002 to 2004 and Director for Bioinformatics at Endocube SAS from 2001 to 2002. Sofia earned a DPhil in Bioinformatics from the University of Oxford between 2005 and 2008.
