Stephane Caro is a CNRS Research Director at LS2N (UMR 6004) and IRT Jules Verne, a position held since 2018. Previously, they worked as a CNRS Researcher from 2006 to 2018. Stephane obtained a Doctorate in Engineering specializing in Mechanics and Robotics from Nantes Université between 2001 and 2004. They also earned a General Engineering degree in Robotics and Mechanical Engineering from Ecole centrale de Nantes and completed a Postdoctoral fellowship in Robotics at McGill University from 2005 to 2006. In 2014, Stephane received an Habilitation to supervise research in Mechanics and Robotics.
