Valentin Valtchev is a Distinguished Research Professor at the Centre National de Recherche Scientifique (CNRS), where they have served as Directeur de recherche since 2009. Previously, Valentin held a similar role at CNRS from 2006 to 2008. They are also the Head of the Zeolite Department at LCS-ENSICAEN and have contributed to the field as an Ambassador of the International Zeolite Association and a Visiting Professor at the Chinese Academy of Sciences' QIBEBT.
