Vaulot Daniel

Directeur de Recherche Emérite

Vaulot Daniel is an accomplished research director with extensive expertise in biological oceanography. Currently serving as Directeur de Recherche Emérite at CNRS - Centre national de la recherche scientifique since October 2019, Vaulot also holds the position of guest investigator at Universitetet i Oslo since August 2023. Previously, Vaulot was a visiting professor at Nanyang Technological University from November 2018 to October 2022 and served as Directeur de recherche at Station Biologique de Roscoff from October 1983 to October 2019. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Biological Oceanography obtained from MIT/Woods Hole between 1981 and 1985, a Diplôme d'ingénieur from Ecole nationale du Génie rural, des Eaux et des Forêts from 1975 to 1977, and a Diplôme d'ingénieur from École Polytechnique from 1972 to 1975.
