John Harding

John Harding serves as CNSI’s Senior Vice President of Managed Services with responsibility for delivery of operations, maintenance and technical services for state and federal healthcare programs. He has been with CNSI since 2009 and has played a key role in leading large-scale implementations and operations across state and federal programs. He has used this experience to architect and lead the transformation to managed services enabling efficient delivery of services to CNSI’s healthcare customers.

Prior to joining CNSI, John served in technical, managerial, and executive roles in multiple technologies and industries. He began his career in the retail industry implementing custom solutions as Director of IT for Midwest regional tire retailer Belle Tire. John then joined Washington DC-based Management Information Consulting (MIC) where he served as Managing Director for the Midwest region – leading delivery of services across a portfolio of customers in the healthcare, logistics, and industries. He further developed subject matter expertise in public sector healthcare business solutions at HTC Global Services in Troy, Michigan..

John earned a Bachelor’s in Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Oakland University.
