Andrew Kinter

Andrew Kinter is a seasoned professional in infrastructure permitting with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager for Infrastructure Permitting at CNX since December 2016, Andrew has previously held roles such as Coordinator for Permitting. Prior experience includes positions at Consol Energy as a Gas Permitting Field Agent Midstream – Environmental and at Botsford Surveying, Inc. as an Erosion Control & Permitting Specialist. Andrew's career began at Resource Management Services in a similar role. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, completed in 2002, and is an alumnus of Marion Center Area High School.
