Beth Knotts

Beth Knotts has extensive experience in title analysis and legal support, bringing over two decades of expertise in the field. Currently serving as a Title Analyst-Transactions at CNX since October 2019, Beth is responsible for reviewing titles related to purchases and leasing for business development. Previously, Beth held the position of Title Examiner IV at EQT, where key responsibilities included conducting production checks and lease reviews, as well as identifying defects in third-party transactions. Earlier experience includes managing office operations and overseeing abstractors at Wilhoit & Kaiser as a Paralegal/Office Manager, drafting bankruptcy paperwork at Cynthia Evans Attorney at Law as a Paralegal, and assisting with real estate closings at Elmore & Elmore.
